whats difference between the 2?

The second piece is an add-on to the main app. This is the BEST V and firewall for Android, it takes some time to set up but one it is done, you have total control over your phones data connection.

There are so many apps that send and receive data when they shouldn't be such as Camera apps, drawing apps, calculators, games, office apps, music players, movie players etc etc.. Wasting your data limit and maybe stealing information.
