If you don't use the certificate you will not have https ad filtering.

Know your sources and modders/crackers. newbies get scared of everything. Just like pc cracking most cracks will show false positive but if you know your sources or teams you would know that already

VirusTotal is wrong, I don't know why people keep using this Virus Checker, it always wrong when it comes to .apk files. But you can't tell them and they still using it.

Someone help to add certain sites to the "Allow" list for instance userupload.net. Therefore, when downloading from this site there is no need for Adgaurd to close.
