Thanks but your mods for this (unlike others) don't seem to unlock or give the ability to connect to premium servers? Or did they remove this altogether? The server list was quite longer before and had countries like NL which are not available in your mod.

Yeah, I had a look at the version where this worked before and it's the same as the current one so I guess it must be server side and not local (it says "Server list updated" as soon as you open the app so it probably doesn't matter what version you are on anymore).
