Is it really necessary to have a "Nightly" update every day on this app?
The paint in not even dry and there is another "Nightly" posted again.
You do not even have time to test the "Nightly" the day before then is another Nightly.
I think once a week is a lot better that gives you time to test the app out completely.
You do not need one every day.

Everyone is doing all the companies beta testing for them.
It is a great app but I am still on the last final stable and it work great.

Is it really necessary to have a "Nightly" update every day on this app?

Not really but nightly builds are prone to bugs and if you are on one, it's better to stay updated always. If you don't wish to then stay on Beta or stable build.

Posting each Nightly makes sense because it's a paid app so one can't simply update on their end, each release has to be patched which isn't the argument for a free app which can be obtained from their sources and having a Nightly release for such app everyday doesn't make sense.
