Force-closes every app that was locked using this. Unfortunately I had locked settings and TB too. I had to get into recovery and delete the apk file from the system to remove it. My advice, try any such apps without locking out file managers and settings, so that you can uninstall the app if you face issues. For unrooted users, you may even have to reset the device, losing precious data and other stuff. Once you're comfortable with these apps, lock out the ability for others to remove this app.

Wow, :(

That's a huge PITA man - I just went through something similar with trying to run PDANet+ (FoxFi)

90% of my apps were removed, but the data/data folders remained, so I have to manually delete the data folders to either use Titanium Backup or reinstall.

So thanks for telling us this app is garbage.
