Please uninstall and then reinstall Titanium Backup, it should work ;)

Please only underlined required fields (requirements, overview, more info, download instructions), not any text that follows them, or anything else. Also please include a v before the version number rather than writing out version.

i already installed this program but it stated error. root access failed.
but when i check with terminal it or adb it show me rooted "#".
So where is the problem? whether i don't have busybox?
then i click "problems" which means it will auto upgrade the busybox, but it show failure. can someone explain why?

If Titanium Backup said root access failed, do the following:

In Terminal Emulator type:

1) su
2) mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
3) chmod 755 /system/xbin/busybox
4) sync
5) reboot

This will fix the permissions and Titanium Backup will work fine afterwards (trust me, I've done it a million times after flashing new roms!)
