Overview: Extracted from Android M Image for Nexus 5.
It will update the current Google Clock app that comes pre-installed on some devices such as the Nexus line running KitKat 4.4 or higher.
Looking inside the APK, I've also noticed an Android Wear APK, which should sync on watches running Lollipop 5.1 (Moto 360 here still on 5.0.2, so I can't confirm this.)
