no. i have it and works fine.

Really, no one should ever say that overclocking a device, be it a phone, computer or a toaster, is safe and nothing can go wrong.
Any time you overclock, you're altering settings for your CPU, RAM and voltages to support that overclock. (overclocking, in a nutshell, means getting more MHz out of a device than was intended or than it was sold as proven stable)

So, as you overclock, you usually also raise concerns on the longevity of the components affected. A high overclock on a computer *may* reduce the life expectancy of your processor and/or RAM by years, and the same can be said about phones.

That being said, MOST of us here overclock our phones, and so far, none of us has had any negative side-effects other than an unstable overclock from not having enough voltage to support the higher frequencies...and that's even rare (every phone, just like every computer - is different, so YOUR phone is going to overclock differently than MY phone, even if they're the same exact model)

I've been running Bekit's 1200MHz LV Kernel since it came out and have not had any ill effects, but that, by no means, says that every Moto Droid out there can or will run 1200Mz on the low-voltage kernel.

Just an FYI - please be careful on what you say to others about overclocking. There are *always* inherent dangers to raising frequencies and/or voltages!
