Does this app backup userdata as well? So if I'd uninstall and reinstall with this app I wouldn't have to redo all my settings or wouldn't lose my saved game?

this seems like a really usefull program but i only get the chance to "ghostify" ~15 of my 44 apps

It does not save any user data, at least not for me. I don't know why I should use this application - AppMonster etc. does the same and more!
