Is it just me, or can this app be used to get a hold of apks even without having root access...

I mean it zips all of them right onto the sd card which is then free to access...

Does it somehow sign the apps to your phone only or something? Would the apps be traceable back to the source if they were unzipped and then shared?

This isn't the only app that can get APKs on an unrooted phone...

It seems to me that access can be gained using mybackup or even something like estrongs file manager with the backup function...

A Im missing something? I feel like I am.....

Messed up my sd card. Do not install on Samsung Moment.
Have to remove a delete app using a pc and backup card to pc. Reformat and copy bcakup back to card. Hope it works.

Actually, I have a Galaxy S and it's working great. I have root acces, perhaps that is a difference?

recommend this for galaxy s. works simple and great. restore all market link.

dunno why everyone just recommend titanium...looks good but complicated and buggy.
