U need to uninstall any previous installed version. Then install this one again.

many different ways to install apk inside zip file. could transfer via usb and use apk installer or file manager. or you could use adb and push it from your computer. or you could transfer it via bluetooth, ftp or email, and so on. try this:

Nevermind... downloaded from MegaUpload and the file was bigger for some reason and that worked.

Perhaps corrupted while I was downloading.
