The demo sounds good, but it's really bad when use with goggle navigation.

A: All Android 2.2 (Froyo) and later versions of Android are fully functional: on previous versions, a third-party TTS can not be selected as the default TTS engine.
Using Loquendo TTS from the Android Market on a pre-Froyo version of Android requires installing Text-To-Speech Extended (by the Google Eyes-Free Project) from the Market and configuring Loquendo TTS as the default TTS engine in the Text-To-Speech Extended settings menu. BUT - only talking applications explicitly developed for Text-to-Speech Extended will speak using the new TTS engine: for most talking applications on the Market, this will not be the case.

I installed TT Extended and it lets me use Loquendo on 2.1 :) works NIIICE

You should go to the Home Screen >> Menu >> Settings >> Voice Input and Output >> Text-to-speech settings >>
Then scroll to the end of the page and you'll find all the "Engines" you installed. Check the Checkbox in front of "Loquendo TTS Susan". After that in the same page go to the middle of the page and you'll find "Default Engine", press the down arrow and choose "Loquendo TTS Susan".
If you want to customise it, you'll find in the same page the "Speech rate". Adjust it and then "Listen to an example" in the first option of the same page. Before you go don't forget to check the second option in the page which says "Always use my settings". Now you're done...
That's all. Now every program in the phone will use this voice according to your settings.
If you need anything else, please let me know...
