i did not quite undestand what you asked but this app has two option.
first to stop any app except from system apps to boot each time nad a second option to stop boot later on,on their own.
mind that if you install it over previous version you have to do all your tweaking again.

Thank you for answering. I'm trying to better explain.
Usually, on pc, a startup cleaner works by moving/removing items from the autorun list (in the registry or from the rcX.X/init.d folder... )

In an android system, I soon realized this isn't always done. Some startup cleaners actually do their job (with no root requirements, for instance) simply by starting themselves at the end of the list, then killing all those apps you blacklisted.
My question was: do this auditor remove items from startup list or kill them after their autorun ?

Thank again

the auditor really removes tem from startup list.i can confirm that after a reboot and seeing the mini task bar killer.
all the blocked apps never appear on the startup list and the memory is bigger of course.
but the best thing is that auditor allows you to stop any app thart will later may start on their own.
so you have 2 options and if you choose both then the app will never ever start on its own unless you choose it.
and the best part is that the community reviews every app that may cause problem and it informs you if the app will cause system problem if you stop it.

Using Droid X this app does nothing. Every app that I isolated still came up. The post says, "Enable/Disable apps& keep disabled. No root." Mine is not rooted. Example: tried to block City ID from coming up. Still comes up. UnInstalling

Both links are dead :(

I tried many startup managers, but although they claiming to stop apps from starting,
apps are actually starting. This is the only one that really works on my phone.
