Overview: ShootMe allows you to take screenshots of your device.



ShootMe allows you to take screenshots of your device. Just fire up ShootMe and give a good sustained shake or shout to take a screenshot. If present, the light sensor can be used as well.

On higher end devices (a8/neon based) one can record movies as well.
Audio support for movies/screencasts is under development.

Only supports ***ROOTED*** devices.

This is available in the market for free you know.

This is the best FREE screen grabber I've tried for Android on Samsung Galaxy S. Some of the others save your screenshots with "image saved" or require a PC component. Some only work with froyo or higher. This one even records vidoes of screen activity although only at about 15 fps.

The only caveat is it requires a rooted phone.

Loved this app on the Evo...but it is not working for me on the Evo 3d. captures a squiggly screen.
