Many people were asking for the latest version to be patched. Since ChelpuS said he's not doing minor updates, I decided to just apply his patches to the latest version myself. Enjoy another release by PutterPlace. If you share this elsewhere, please give credit where it's due.

Instructions for Google Play Store Patched:
1.Install latest Lucky Patcher
2.Run Lucky Patcher > Menu > Select 'Patch to Android'
3.Select √ 'Signature Verify always True' and 'Disable Zip Signature Verify' > Apply > Yes
4.After reboot go to 'Patch to Android' and check (Patch applied). If applied exit from Lucky patcher. otherwise do 3rd step again.
5.Backup current Google play with Titanium backup if you want to restore original version in case.
6.Rename downloaded 'GoogleMarket.by.Chelpus.TrueLicenseMod.apk' and transfer to sd card.
GingerBread users > rename to 'Vending.apk'
ICS / Jelly Bean users > rename to 'PhoneSky.apk'
7.Open Root Explorer and copy/replace renamed apk to '/system/app/' folder
8.Set permissions rw-r--r-- and Reboot
9.Done. All Apps on Device with LVL is licensed. (Tested to GoldenDict, PowerAmp and other)

OP states that we need to patch android for the patched playstore to work. But system partition for most of the devices (with stock kernel) are read-only in recent days and 'Patch to Android' doesn't work. I have root but still I can't write to /system.

So...Lucky patcher actually patches which file in android?

If you have root, you should be able to write to system. If not, then you won't be able to use a modded play store. The reason for that is because the modded play store retains its original signature, which won't pas signature verification since the APK has been modified. That's the reason for needing the patches to android, otherwise you could use Lucky Patcher's Xposed settings which are more stable, and don't require any patches to the system. Nonetheless, though, if you can't write to system, you can't install Xposed either.

You don't need to apply the Patch to Android. Just use the Xposed+Lucky Patcher. The lucky patcher module is the same thing.

Edit: Please keep us updated with the patched versions as long as ChelpuS doesn't care much. Who knows, may be in the future Google will keep releasing only a "minor" updates to Play Store just like what Microsoft is making with Win 10. (just example) And if someone is continuously refusing to update his mod because the dev is pushing only a partial updates/fixes this is not serious. That's my opinion. If all think like that we'll be stuck with the hell old versions of numerous apps.

I agree. I don't have a problem patching it if nobody else has done it already. I just won't set it up in my release manager, since it currently only handles apps coming from the play store, so it won't be done automatically.
