Yes you won't see any change, only if you download an app backup and it needs activation it would activate offline. Or if you buy an app in GP and you refund you will still keep the app no need to back the app up.

hello friends, I use this modded version of Play Store and I wonder how will I get back the Original Play Store (hope without the need of wipe or flash anything )
Any thougths?
