** this update now works with gingerbread and tablets **

Purpose:
The purpose of Clutch is to improve navigation of Android Activities and adapt to each individuals work-flow.

Important:
Hold click gets you into preferences and to stop service you can use menu->exit in preferences.

Features:
-----------------

- Fast Global Access
Clutch provides a button or swipe zone that stays on TOP of all other applications running. This provides a way to always have quick and easy access to the features of clutch and overall improve your Android productivity.

- Recent Tasks
The main functionality of Clutch is to provide a way to more efficiently access your recent tasks. You have the options to to include or ignore your home launcher, show ONLY "running" tasks, dim tasks that are not running, haptic feedback and even change how many tasks are displayed.

- Last Task
Last task is a very convenient feature. If you are a power user of Android, you may tend to switch back and forth between applications quite a bit. Last Task is a feature that allows you to move to the last task you were previously at. So, the end result is switching back and forth very fast between two tasks. This comes in great use when referencing two different windows and improves your productivity as a whole.

- Click and Swipe Gestures
Clutch started out with just a one button click. Why limit to only a click?... so I added swipe features! If this is not for you, you can completely disable swipe all together. If you have swipe enabled, you can customize each swipe direction (up, down, left and right) for the event of your choice.

- Placement Configuration
Not every user holds and navigates their Android device the same. My solution to this is the ability to place the access button anywhere the user wants. Clutch can be configured to display the button top, bottom, left, right and even set manual offsets to get a more precise location.

- Appearance Settings
Appearance is very important ...almost as important as function. I have included a few standard icons to choose from and the ability to remove the icon all together. If you choose, you can have a totally transparent button/swipe zone. I recommend first to test with an icon until your a pro!
