Every time you open a window, receive a popup dialog, press the menu button you will notice your custom animations. Bored of the same one? Anim Mod allows you to have different transition animations each reboot.

Blur Animations
Drop In
Flip

Anim Mod changes the system framework files without touching your theme so if you constantly switch from ROM to ROM you can always get the animation you prefer the best.

Before changing animations you should make sure that you are rooted. Anim Mod also needs busybox but if you don't have it Anim Mod will install it for you.

What's in this version:
☆ Option to have random animations (enable in settings)
☆ Progress bar for animation downloads
☆ Added check/install for busybox
☆ Fixed bugs with some ROMs/devices not applying animations
Some still may not work. Please send a logcat with device and ROM name for possible future support
CyanogenMod 7 seems to work on all devices I tested
☆ Redid a lot of code for performance
☆ Small UI enhancements
Thanks for using Anim Mod.
If you enjoy the app don't forget to support by rating ☆☆☆☆☆ :D

Please remove old version first.

Comments from users:
its dangour my phone is suck with bootloop after inst and change the anim

yep, confirmed... mine is still on bootloop as we speak, this after applying animation and rebooting.
im on custom rom phone is LG optimus one.
phone reaches my lockscreen inside the system, then after that reboots. then back to lockscreen, then reboots.

before trying, i encourage to do a nand backup.

good luck on this one...

...then maybe you should be careful

Custom ROM on a SGS i9ooo. ( Ultimate rom 8.0 based on 2.2.1) This app just keep force closing. But thanks anyway. I believe this would be better on a stock rooted rom.

Thanks for the upload though...

EDIT. I have given this to my buddy to is running a stock o2 rom on 2.2, it works like a charm for him.
