Anim Mod v1.2
Requirements: Android 2.1+, Required Root Access
Overview: !!!WARNING!!! Reportedly causes reboot loops for some users. If you are rooted chances are you like when someone sees your phone and says "WOW!". Anim Mod will do exactly that by changing the transition animations for your whole device! Choose from several different animations to show off your already customized phone.




Every time you open a window, receive a popup dialog, press the menu button you will notice your custom animations. Bored of the same one? Anim Mod allows you to have different transition animations each reboot.

Fly in & Flip

Anim Mod changes the system framework files without touching your theme so if you constantly switch from ROM to ROM you can always get the animation you prefer the best.

Before changing animations you should make sure that you are rooted. Anim Mod also needs busybox but if you don't have it Anim Mod will install it for you.

What's in this version:
☆ Option to have random animations (enable in settings)
☆ Progress bar for animation downloads
☆ Added check/install for busybox
☆ Fixed bugs with some ROMs/devices not applying animations
Some still may not work. Please send a logcat with device and ROM name for possible future support
CyanogenMod 7 seems to work on all devices I tested
☆ Redid a lot of code for performance
☆ Small UI enhancements

Be aware it is not working with Gingerbread. I am not able to start phone after choosing animation my phone is restarting it self.

I just tried this on my 2.2 Froyo Galaxy i9000 and it got stuck in a reboot loop, and ended up having to do a factory restore (just after I got everything the way I wanted it ;_;)
