Light Flow - LED Control v1.5.1
Requirements: ANDROID:2.2 and up
Overview: Take control of your notifications

Image

** If upgrading from the "lite" version, please uninstall the lite version first **

** Does not work on most modern HTC phones at the moment such as Desire, Wildfire, Desire HD, Inspire, Evo etc

NOTE - does not work on Desire, Desire HD, Wildfire, g2, Evo etc and most other modern HTC phones. Does not work on LG Ally.

Light Flow allows you to take control of your notification LED or trackball colors and makes them successively flash one color after another.

It also allows you to set repeating sounds on vibration patterns for you notifications. You can also set a "sleep time" or "on charge" where the lights and/or sounds and vibrations will not be heard or seen.

Specifically written for the nexus one where all standard notifications flash very slowly and are white.

This program will allow you to control the notification color for the following:
* Missed calls
* Voice mail
* Calendar reminders
* gmail
* email
* SMS messages
* MMS messages
* Low battery
* No signal
* Google talk
* Facebook
* Twitter
* Twidroid
* Tweetcaster
* Tweekdeck
* Skype
* Whatsapp
* Tapatalk
* Yahoo mail
* Google Voice
* Plume and Plume Premium
* K9 mail
* Handcent
* Basic SMS Popup support
* Astrid
* Foursquare
* ChompSMS
* LiveProfile
* Exchange Touchdown
* Ebay
* Craigsnotifica
* Taskos
* TV Listings / TV-Guide(USA, UK, Germany and more)
* Go sms
* kakaotalk
* Flow (f+)
* Pingchat
* DejaOffice
* Good for enterprise
* Wordfeud
* Words with friends
* Enhanced Email app
* Improved e-mail
* Maildroid
* Battery charging and charged notification
* Heytell
* gtasks
* TigerText
* Trillian
* KIK
* greader
* newsrob

It works on non-rooted phones and also allows the colors to flash in succession, so if you have a new SMS and a missed call it can alternate between the two colors. You can also set which notification type has the highest priority and let it flash in just that one color.

There's different profiles for when your phone is charging and when it is running on battery. If you find it eats your battery too much for your liking then you can change settings to conserve the battery use.

Known issues/Limitations
Not all phones support all colors.
Some phones can only light up the notification while the screen is off.
Some phones cannot have their notification light always on
Some phones cannot have their notification blink and it will always be on

Note that it will take over control of your notifications and you will therefore only get notifications for categories that the app allows.

Finally, the app cannot be installed onto the SD card due to using alarm triggers and therefore android prevents moving the app.
