ROM Manager has been testing various ad networks the past few months. AdMob was removed in this release, and have switched back to AdSense. AdMob was slow and required GPS permissions (the permissions requirements has been removed. The ad network testing will help decide if the next app (underway) will be paid or free/ad supported.

Remove old version (3.0.1.7 or older versions )and old license key first.

yes, it's working, but in cyanogen the older version is a system app, and on some devices it's really hard to uninstall/remove system apps.

On the htc legend i'm not able to fully remove it, even with this.

On Cyanogen, you need to fully remove app and data. I used Titanium Backup Pro. Once uninstalled, this installs and works beautifully.

I also used Titanium to remove it. I'm running CM7 Final on my G2.

Yeah, because I install nightly versions (once a day) that means I should uninstall with Titatanium, then install again this every day. With the key apk was great, just updated from the market, and used the key for premium.

I have HTC Desire HD and i cannt remove Rom manager with Titanium backup. Need help :(

I found this

Start cmd in Windows

Connect with USB

adb shell

su

mount -o remount,rw -t rfs /dev/stl5 /system

rm -r /system/app/[AppName].apk

mount -o remount,ro -t rfs /dev/stl5 /system

Restart you Device and install Rom Manager 3.0.2.0 ;)

Once you remove it in Titanium reboot your phone and it should be gone.
