Remove old version (3.0.1.7 or older versions )and old license key first.

App didn't install correctly, however when I've opened it later, it says 4.2.0.0. Strange..
On top of that, when I'm trying to Check for ROM updates, it says that only Premium users.

If you are using Cyanogen ROM, this is a system app. You must have updated the ROM, which installs the newest ROM Manager free version. (4.2.0.0) Haven't seen a cracked version yet.

You can try uninstalling from Titanium, and then downloading and installing this version. Sometimes, ROM Manager wont work if you don't have latest installed. May try this myself.
