Yes it is the free version, there are many free apps/games here, there is nothing wrong with that. If it was the Paid version it would be labeled DroidStats Donation.
This is not, so it very clear that is the free version.

so i can just take all the free apps from the Market and post them here? that's nice then, i'll get a bunch of wrz 
/edit: guess those free apps can be used by the people who don't have access to the Market, but i'm sure that Google will fix this soon, support for a lot of new countries comes almost every day

@maranello69, Please download a lot of free programs to market and get a bunch of WRZ and gratitude to other members, instead of giving inappropriate comments.
