It can't capture and report on *EVERY* bit of data....

Have you tried NetCounter for that? It seems good... Have a look around at alternatives.
Unless your phone is rooted, and the software supports busy box / rooted software on your phone, then it won't do any more than it does to a normal phone!

Look at alternatives on market - they are free.
