Package installer is being blocked by Play Protect. Install it through adb

If that is the case it would be quicker/simpler to turn off Play Protect.

Thank you for your answers. That was the case. I usually don't install apps via Google Play so that I didn't even know about these Play Protect abilities. It did not block any of my installations so far. Except this one. However, I hoped that it displays some warning, at least. No, only endless installation process. I didn't know what to think!

I turned the Play Protect off and it works. No need to use ADB in this case, but I find ADB usable anyway.
