Auto Display Gold v1.2 [Paid]
Requirements: 4.0.3+
Overview: Auto Display turns automatically screen on or off using rules for different sensors

Image

User may choose by rule which sensor and setting will turn screen on and which sensor is keeping it enabled.

This application is excellent in vehicles or hobbies. You can keep screen on while surfing internet and turn screen off when you lay it on table. You can keep screen on only when vehicle is on move or engine is running. You can turn screen on when you open device’s leather cover or you pick device from pocket. Etc, etc.

Features:
* Screen turning on can be chosen to be triggered by device angle (accelerometer), vibration indicator, speed (km/h, mph) and/or proximity sensor.
* Screen can be kept enabled by device angle, vibration indicator, speed, proximity sensor and/or charger. Or screen can be chosen to be always enabled.
* Diverse settings could be used for programming user’s own logic. Sensor combinations can be programmed with AND or OR based logic.
* Vibration indicates, when screen is turning on or off.

There should be an app based screen on. for EG, if i'm using Facebook then my screen should be always on. If i exit the app the screen should auto lock based on my phone setting.

I don't know of any app that will do as you suggested. Either the device keeps the screen on, or it will revert to Daydream/Lockscreen with no activity detected after a period of time. Some apps have a "Keep Screen On" in settings that might do what you need, but Facebook is more worried about creating a personal profile of everything you do on the Internet than to include a simple option such as that. Also, this app was last updated in 2016, and there are some issues in general with Android concerning the Fingerprint scanner and apps that automatically switch to Lockscreen after certain conditions are met. Android will then usually force you to enter a PIN to get back into the phone because the Fingerprint scanner will be disabled if an app sends the device to the Lockscreen. I hope this makes sense.

Edit: After some thought about the matter, you might want to look into a third-party retail Facebook app that might have a "Keeo Screen On" option in settings to possibly behave as you described. There are many on the market, all of which are posted conveniently on Mobilism. I'm not sure if there are any real-time features of Facebook that would warrant keeping the screen on, so it might be a stretch finding an app with that option.
