It's the modded 2.50 VIP version which only works partially as you can't login to use all the features.

Bin already asked Google to take it off the playstore as it is a fraude. He is the official only developer of the app.

VIP was 20$ for a lifetime license, but actually this does not exist anymore (or better it still does, but only for some) it's now based on a subscription basis. Don't know the price. You can contact Bin for it.
