This app will show adjustable volume mini bar at the bottom of the screen. You can swipe to show or hide this bar anywhere.

How to use.
Open the application and select type of volume you want to adjust by bottom-screen mini bar.

Thank you for this app that I can't use because it's not working on My Note 9 (Snapdragon) Oreo 8.1.0 Stock. Did try the 2 fingers swipe up as the app said, on my Nova home page (all gesture are disabled in Nova settings), but as I said not working for me I guess I will have to do one myself with a good old Tasker scene

Edit: Did tried on My Galaxy Tab S3 Nougat 7.0 Rooted, Lightning Launcher Extreme as launcher (with all gestures disabled) and same result: nothing happens when I do the 2 fingers swipe up
