try this first:
Using any file explorer like Root Explorer or ES File Explorer, go to /data/app , find and delete”com.kermidas.TitaniumBackup-1.odex

if fails then:
install latest lucky patcher 2.0.5
run it
on TB long press then Remove ODEX with changes (restore application)

if that does not work than menu button, troubleshooting -> Clear dalvik-cache and reboot
or try remove fixes and backups

Thank you. The first two didn't work, but the 3rd option worked.

Or you could have just opened Lucky Patcher and it would have cleared it automatically.

The "key thing" is a secondary option for people who have trouble with the original method. It's not meant as a replacement as far as I understand it.

I've installed the latest version of TB from the market and installed the latest Lucky Patcher 2.0.6. On my new Samsung Galaxy S3 that is rooted, Lucky Patcher tries to apply the custom patch and says it does not have Root Access. However, the phone is rooted, I have other apps that require root, and Lucky Patcher when it starts, I get the notification that it has root access.

Any ideas? Or can anyone post a patched TB apk?
