I am not convinced, it is very, very slow.

The fastest and complete cache cleaner for my 300 app device appears to be 'Cache Clear Pro' ("Cache Reiniger") offered as
/viewtopic.php?f=438&t=362364&hilit=cache
It takes less than 7sec to locate and remove all cache items on my Android 2.3.3 device with just 600MHz and a 16GB SD card installed.

The one offered here scans for over a minute and cannot find more leftovers anyways.
