Android 11 User can try this one: "ADB AppControl" from XDA.

This is not a APK. It's Windows platform application.
You need to connect the phone via PC.
It's just a easy accessable ADB interface for user to manage Apps on the phone.
Also work for disable system apps !

Playstore version (Google removed it)
Stand alone version (from the developer website)
Cloud version (also from the developer website)

I bought the the stand alone version from the developer website it works for a few weeks and now it doesn't work anymore (after android 11 update), the developer told me that sometime in the future he will update it. No ETA. He also told me to buy (again for annual fee) the Cloud version if I want android 11 support...
