Same error as the previous versions.

"Root access not found! The Patcher need root access to work!"

My phone is rooted. Titanium Backup and ES Filer Explorer both confirm this. I have full access to every file on my phone, and haven't changed anything on my ROM since the last time Lucky Patcher actually worked properly.

Same problem here. "Your root access has errors! You must have true root access to continue..."
All other root apps work flawlessly in my phone though and are granted root access with no problems... I have superSU and a 4.1.1 rom...

What was changed in the recent updates to Lucky Patcher that makes it stop working? Everything was fine up until the last few updates.

@Reiki I wish I could help you, I'm just really confused as to how you don't need Busybox or SU. How you run Ti without BB is a total mystery. Only thing I would say is what ChelpuS said, just install SU and BB and update both binaries. Just because you haven't needed them before doesn't mean you shouldn't use them now.

@Chelpus I have installed superSu but it's always the same error. How can my root have errors when every other root app like TB, root explorer, SD Maid etc works fine without any root errors? I don't think there is a problem with our root but maybe something that was changed in Luckypatcher detecting root?

EDIT: I installed root checker from play store. It says:

SU: su found [/system/xbin] Version: 0.96:SUPERSU
Root Access: access granted
Unix Utils: busybox [/system/xbin/busybox] Version: v.1.20.2-jb

My device has proper root. I hope the above info can help you test and solve the problem.

Like Jobs would say:

You are doing it wrong.

Works perfectly here. Thanks.

I guess I am just reluctant to install Superuser or BusyBox when I don't actually need them for any programs except for this one. My ZTE-Z990 hardly has a ton of internal memory or space on its system ROM.

I guess I could always just install them temporarily to patch whatever program I needed, then delete them again.

I DO have the su.bin pushed to my /system/bin and /system/xbin folders, though. Just no actual Superuser apk file installed. And no BusyBox whatsoever.
