You need to have root

1.st Open upp titaniumbackup/root explorer and uninstall previous versions of Play Store
2.n Open LuckyPatcher press menu > Patch To Android > √ Signature Verify Always True √ Disable Zip Signature Verify Hit Apply and let phone reboot
3.rd Push the Market to System/app/ rename it to Vending.apk (if 4.0.4+) set PhoneSky.apk and set rw-r--r-- and reboot
now your'e ready to go.

So here's the tutorial :
Open Lucky Patcher .
Press menu ( not the back , home or the search button ! MENU ) . Then Select " patch to android "



Select " Signature Verify always True " & " Disable Zip Signature Verify " and tap apply . phone will restart .



After the phone booted go to " patch to android " again and check " patch applied " text .



Now u can install the Modified Market .

Makes no different ... restore it via titanium backup OR install the "original one" again ... 3.9.17 maybe !
