If you find your phone is talking continuously even after uninstalling Talking Notification Girl App then follow the below steps
We are strongly believing that you have enabled wrong option "TalkBack" in the Accessibility service which is an integral part of the phone used to talk continuously for any events.
Can you please disable TalkBack accessibility Service under
Settings -> Accessibility -> TalkBack
or
Settings -> Accessibility -> Accessibility
You should enable only Settings -> Accessibility -> Notification Girl
