I wish people would stop calling it a war or a conflict. I've read so much of that phrasing in the media. We need to keep calling it an invasion, which is what it is. Putin is evil and what he has done in the Ukraine, to the Ukranian people, is an absolute travesty. If we need to use the word 'war', it is only to define Putin as a war criminal. The International Criminal Court in the Hague have issued a warrant for his arrest for war crimes perpetrated against the Ukranian people, including the unlawful deportation of children. Russia's Commissioner for Children's Rights, Ms Maria Lvova-Belova, is also subject to an arrest warrant. Those warrants need to be effected and Putin and Lvova-Belova detained, tried and punished.
I am sorry that the rest of the world has not supported you as much as they should have. International politics should not be the framework that dictates how other nations step in to help you. I am dismayed that my own country, Australia, has not provided more support to the Ukrainian people. I hope that is rectified. I am amazed by your president, his wife and the resilience and strength of them and all the Ukranian people. I hope that you defeat the Russian invaders and regain every ounce of lost territory they have taken from you. I am so sorry for the lost souls whose lives have been lost or destroyed because of this Russian aggression. I pray you will have peace in your country very soon. God bless you all.

I'm not sure about using that channel to learn about "ordinary Russian" views man. I've seen you post it before and looked into it some. It looks like this channel is solely focused on capitalizing on asking people politically charged questions, a tactic that's guaranteed to get some of the worst answers possible and generate the most clicks and views from shock value. They also seem to talk to people mostly in what looks like cities which, based on my experience with cities in my country, is the quickest way to get a curt, shocking answer. Seems dishonest of the channel owner or at least a bit slimey but that's just my opinion so don't take that as slander, only my feelings. I post that channel because it lets ordinary Russians explain their views in detail. However, if you prefer polls, here is the most widely respectable polling organization operating in Russia:

There are other organizations, using various methodologies to try to get Russians to provide honest answers that account for not wanting to criticize the government. The outcome is always the same though, the majority of Russians genuinely support the war. Moreover, oftentimes those who are against it, oppose it because Russia is doing badly, not because Russia invaded a sovereign nation under false pretenses and is murdering civilians.
Regarding the channel itself, it's run by a Russian who prior to the war went around asking Russians ordinary non-political questions. He visits various cities and rural Russia: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDTZJM0TriQ - you'll note that it is in fact rural Russians that are more pro-Kremlin and rabidly anti-West.
