New permissions are for the revamped App Manager (backup contacts, messages, call-logs, etc) & Google Drive support.
- Re-wrote the entire App Manager!
- Added cloud backup support (Dropbox, Box, Drive)
- Backup contacts, call-logs, messages (new permissions required)
- Improved scheduled backups and batch options
- Extended app info and more app actions
- Re-wrote the Task Manager!
- Kill apps at boot & customize minfree
- Removed ad blocker (required for Google Play)
- Tons of other stuff
Note:
1. Remove version 5.5.6 or other previous version including data first.
2. Clear Data to Luckypatcher, and run LuckyPatcher the custom patch will be saved to /sdcard/LuckyPatcher/
3. Install 5.8.0 and don't run ROM toolbox pro, then use Lucky Patcher to remove the protection via custom patch
4. Reboot Phone

are you sure the Ad Blocker is still there? i can only find the Ad "Detector" and DNS Changer...

got it: from the main window > swype to right to reveal the Settings page and select DNS Changer, it will bring up the settings for the AD Blocker, but this has a new look now, no more big red button and select which ads to block, just select the path of hosts file and update settings, i guess it blocks all of them by default

As bob363 Ad Blocker is there (but hidden)
Just remember:
"ROM Toolbox > swipe left to right > long click DNS Changer"
So, from "ROM Toolbox Settings Panel", keep DNS Changer pressed until Ad Blocker appears by itself.
