This worked on my dad's GS3 but for me uninstalling TB6.1 then installing this, I get force closes. I'm just going back to 6.1, not missing anything...
Android 4.4 CM11 (Quantum ROM) AT&T Galaxy S3
EDIT: After uninstalling both lucky patcher and tibu, I cleared dalvik cache and rebooted, re-installed both and patched tibu twice before running it. Worked flawlessly.

I was experiencing FC's as well. Uninstalled both, booted into recovery, cleared cache and dalvik cache, reinstalled LP and TB, applied patch once and it worked.

GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE:
• force close the app
• wipe the app data
• uninstall the app
• use a file explorer that can access and modify your root directory (ie. it needs SU permissions) to search for and delete all remnants of the app. (HINT: search for parts of the app name or parts of the installed apk name. If you don't know what the installed form of the apk is named, go find it with a root explorer. If you don't know where your apps are installed on your phone... FIND OUT.) >>> BE CAREFUL YOU'RE NOT DELETING THE BACKUPS YOU'VE MADE WITH TITANIUM: PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT DIRECTORY YOU'RE DELETING FILES FROM

Well, it keeps telling me now that there's not enough space left to install Titanium Backup, no matter if I try to install 6.1.2 or 6.1.4 locally, or 6.1.4 from play store ...
I already tried cleaning manually any remains with root explorer ... what else could be left there that is causing that not enough space error?
thanks

Well, tried that. But Lucky Patcher doesn't see anything regarding Titanium Backup. No complaints about odex files.
