☆ Import large lists of numbers from files
☆ Reject unknown, withheld, private and restricted numbers
☆ Keep blocked calls and messages hidden

WARNING - APPLICATION REQUIRES SPECIAL ROOT/SUPERUSER ACCESS, visit our website for more information: http://fahrbot.co.uk/root
If you need help, use "Write to us" in the app's settings or visit the website: http://fahrbot.co.uk/feedback
This app does not control your voicemail service. If your blocked calls are being sent to voice mail, try another blocking method or use Google Voice. You can simulate a disconnected message by forwarding busy calls to a number that doesn't exist.
Don't believe the hype about Extreme Call Blocker or Mr Number or DroidWall those apps are not the only ones that work on Jelly Bean - RCB functions on any Android version 2.1 and up, is much faster and 100% silent.
OUTGOING CALL permissions are needed for hidden mode, using the dialer to enter a password.
ACCOUNTS are needed for Google Groups.
SEND SMS needed for auto replies and SMS routing.
INTERNET ACCESS is for licensing, Flurry and the "Write to us" feedback tool.
LOG DATA is only sent with your permission via the "Write to us" menu item in Settings. You do not have to send anything if you don't want to.

All these 2+ versions of root call blocker don't work, they all fail license checks. Perhaps when posting you could explain how to "I use installer cracked google play to bypass licence check"? Because I have no idea how to do that

Lucky Patcher "Create license" doesn't work either

Use lucky patcher to patch "play store" or use 3rd party installer to install that "patched play store":
EDIT
Forgot to tell you how to install the modded playStore using luckypatcher:
1. uninstall any previous updates of "Google Play Store", under "Settings->apps->all" of you device, and CLOSE the app ( so it won't update again.
2. using luckypatcher: goto toolbox->install the modded GooglePlay->Select the desired version ( I use the latest ), make sure it's the modded one ( not original ).
3. then continus with what I wrote above ( restart then dalvik-cache wiped, etc... .)
4. After the install process your device should restart and built from scratch the dalvik-cache - this is normal.
5. after that, open luckypatcher and check toolbox->patch to android.
(+) check to see if both of the 1st top options are listed as "patch applied" which tells you that PlayStore is cracked/patched.
(-)if you don't see "patch applied" then perform again the installing process of the "patched play store".

6. ONLY after that - patch RCB using luckpatcher and choose "remove license verification"->auto modes->"automode"+"other patches"->Apply.
7. after thah, make sure you close RCB and open it again to have fully patched app !

Thanks so much night_mare007, for the fantastic instructions. Just one followup question though. What are the benefits / disadvantages to having this "cracked" play store? Will I run into other problems with the play store cracked? This is first I have heard of this... thanks again

For my best knowledge this is the list of changes:
1.Can use app protected with Google LVL (License Verification Library) without cracking
2.Verify license in offline mode
3.No need to patch with Lucky patcher any more
4.Can NOT download paid apps for FREE!
5.Disable self update
6.Not works with Billing and License Verification to Proxy
7.Button ‘Refund’ reworked! (When you press ‘Refund’ button, it refunds and does not uninstall the app. No need to make a backup before refund)

anything beside that - the same.
BUT - In my opinion only, it will be best NOT to purchase app using that app.
