This was meant as a fix for the 5.3 update. The region bypass patch broke sometime last week and I haven't had time to fix that yet.

Yes, frequently.

I can't download any music? As soon as I hit thumbs up it asks me if I want to download and I say yes and it force closes Pandora? Any ideas? It had done this in the past several versions.
