Finally got the mp3 tag library to play nice and did a test output of the mp3 bitrate.

You my friend are simply awesome

When a song is done playing and I realized that I liked that song... I open up the Pandora app and click on the album art of current song so that I see a list of recent songs played...If then select thumb up (post-play) it downloads the current song that is being played rather than that.


Also is there anyway to display what song it's about to download in the download prompt??

Also sometimes Pandora plays songs that I've previously liked but I don't remember if I downloaded them or not... Is there anyway to avoid double download??? (Sometimes I find songs that xxxxy-1.mp3 xxxxy-2.mp3 which are copy of xxxxy.mp3)


All of this is no biggie... I'm just throwing some ideas around.

I can't do anything about Pandora downloading current playing song rather than a previous song, since there is no way for me to reliably keep track of urls and to which song they pertain to. I'll see if I can add song info to the download prompt as well as checking if the song already exists.

After noticing that the "Credit" and "Version" sections in the patcher behaved as if they were clickable buttons I then proceeded to click them manically in rapid suggestion in the hopes that after a certain number of clicks in a row the patcher would unlock some kind of hidden development features like in the Android settings app or at least perhaps display a popup asking me to for example "Please stop clicking the button as it is beginning to get quite annoying." or something to that effect. I would thoroughly enjoy it if the patcher contained more useless yet entertaining non-sense such as this. lol

Really? Wow people just don't appreciate anything!!!

actually I do appreciate it ... but without the region patch anyone outside the home region cannot use it which is what the majority of users want if they released it globally I'd happily pay for it

I'd want higher bitrate too if I were a paying customer. Pandora is giving its paying customers low quality audio although they pay for high quality, with no option for enabling said high quality audio on mobile (high quality on mobile is low quality)

Ever heard of Tor? HiddenNinja? Hotspot shield? Reindeer? Numerous other free VPN proxy tools one can use till regional by pass is fixed.

I have tags mostly working except album art, still need to figure out how to access that without having to download it again (Pandora saves a copy to its cache). Also the mp3 library i'm using doesn't allow me to overwrite the mp3 so I need to work around it (at the moment downloads create 2 mp3, 1 without tag and second with the tags)
