I think no patch will ever work for Chromecast because Chromecast uses chrome to connect to Pandora. At that point, the Pandora app becomes a glorified Pandora remote for the chrome web browser. Cast something to the Chromecast, turn off Wi-Fi and watch the Chromecast keep playing audio even though the android device is not on the network. For kicks, reboot your android device and watch Chromecast still play music autonomously.

This is just a skeleton I've been working on as a separate branch, but once I'm satisfied I will integrate it into my current source. It detects if Xposed installer/framework is installed, Pandora is installed (version checking soon) and displays the appropriate message.
