look into you Android App-Manager what you can read by Google Play services if the last is -030/ -032/ -034/ -036/ -038 or -070 and the download the same number what is your last number on you services into your phone.

Go to app manager, open Google play services and uninstall updates. Once it's done look at the version number listed and Bob's your uncle!
