I was a little surprised to see that the normally quite reliable apk virus scanning site http://apkscan.nviso.be
returned a risk rating of "confirmed malicious"

quoting the following threats :

AhnLab-V3 Android-Spyware/LuckyPatcher
AVware Potentially Infected Hosts File (v)
TrendMicro-HouseCall Suspicious_GEN.F47V0809
VIPRE Potentially Infected Hosts File (v)

this is my first time using this. i used it for poweramp. what i don't understand is why do i get "Lucky Patcher has been granted blah blah" for almost everything i do. example: if i delete stuff from my external sd it comes up. and alot of other things. i thought only SU did this & only when you open stuff that requires root.

Is the SuperSU settings, Show notifications

Is the option / box unchecked? If it is checked, any time an app accesses superuser a toast notification will alert the user about that app accessing the SU program.

Uncheck the box and you should then have no problems.
