This app is almost certainly fake. An app cant fix a battery and if you look at the app's reviews on Google Play the majority of them seem fake as well. Can someone comment otherwise?

I can proof you this is a fake app. You can reproduce by yourself (this process take me awhile, because is tricky):

1. Force Stop (the application) and Clear Data.
2. This is the tricky part and pay attention:
Delete the files:
/bt_battery_life
/DCIM/.dcimcat (or /dcim/.dcimcat or /Dcim/.dcimcat)
/Android/.history (or /android/.history)
Delete this folder
/Android/data/com.google.core.systemer/files/governor

Note that he is using "google.core" and "governor" to evade any attempt to trace him.

Once you have deleted all the files and stop this app, run it again and you will see that your battery needs to be fixed, once again.
End the reparing process, you will have a 'fully' working battery with all fixed, and repeat once again all the step I just tell you and you will see that you will need to "repair" you battery again.
