Overview: HelixLauncher features are based on Launcher.





It's a standalone launcher that should support hdpi & mdpi resolutions (not fully tested). Sense UI-like scrolling / velocity scrolling, enabled rotation, double tap action for screen previews make it very SPEEDY! Up to 7 screens, full-screen app menu (with notification bar still), and quick shortcuts! - just drag & drop and shortcuts to the quickbar.

At first use it looks nice, after changing one setting it keeps FC, anyone can confirm this? I tried reinstallation without luck also. Its really a shame tho. Anyone knows a forum where this is described?

You have to uninstall HelixLauncher first if you already have it installed for it to work.

This is not helix 2, it is an actual beta version. If you have a version of helix already like cornaloje said, it has to be removed first.

It's not Helix2 the version is in the screenshot.

Both Version 1 and 2 support 7 screens.

The only different is version 1 support normal Menu Launcher will version 2 support 3D effect Launcher.

The screenshot above is correct and nothing wrong, it is the look for this latest HelixLauncher v1.4b.

i'm having FC after place my Milestone in Car Dock. Anybody else have the same problem?

im thinking the FC issue has to do with auto rotation. That's an issue with my Milestone. Maybe the widgets aren't playing nice, but turning off auto rotation fixes everything. No more FCs on my MIlestone.
