If you are rooted, install Titanium Backup and use that to uninstall System apps. If you aren't rooted, and this version of LP won't install like regularly, then you would have to set up the Android SDK and use adb commands to pull the original apk so you could push the new one to your phone.

How can I install it over free version if I have rooted Samsung Galaxy Spica, running on Samdroid Turbo V9? Won't be phone useless as soon as I install previous Launcher?
