You mean create a folder with 5x5 grid.?
I don't see any settings for this so I suppose that it's not possible.
Instead of this I requested a full screen folder with blur background like iphone. This is something that I would like to see..

You can't with this version but in the next one to come out you might be able to..

As @seetru said, as you add more apps to the folder it will self adjust the size to hold them all. And there is no custom grid option for folders.
