Dock4Droid is the first Dock task manager for the Android platform.

You can quicky access your running tasks from anywhere you currently are in your phone. Icons are rendered in a wave-like parabolic view and tasks are accessed by sliding your finger on the dock.

This app the an Unlocked version. You may now access all sort of different settings, including: background color, exponential curve, maximum number of icons, icon offset etc...

It is a professional launcher, ensure you know how to launch it:

It is tiny thin fine line, it is very hard to see i barely even noticed it to be honest

You can find it in your app drawer, but to use it you literally have to look at the very bottom of your screen right below your default dock. There will be a tiny thin colored line, long press on that to activate the pop up dock. It is Android 2.1+ but some apps do work weird or not at all on gingerbread. Hope this helps

Much cleaner than other apps like Wave Launcher, and only 50kb, so simple on resources. Also edit launch area in settings.
