Overview: GO Launcher EX is the extended version of GO Launcher, one of the most popular home apps in Android Market. Click on an empty spot on the dock (+) and choose 'Create new folder' and it adds a folder shortcut. That's what I think it means.

Yes... I follow this procedure but after create with + on the dock a folder and add some apps... when I open the folder... I cannot edit to add more apps, I only have option to rename the folder. When I open the app list...also I don't see this folder:-( So... is better create a folder in app list and the folder is visible and I can move and drag any apps to this folder... then drag to an empty slot on dock, and I have the possibility (because I see the folder) edit and add by moving apps.
So... this new feature n. 1 I don't like because don't show the created folder in app list manager.
