Is it possible you're using an older version of Lucky Patcher?

Don't think so, I got the patch from this post! It loaded at first, but then I got the same message about the market, then it went away.

Working fine for me in Samsung Galaxy S II. Patch successful, fun for having it but not for daily use.

No, this version is up to date till now ->edit: a new version: http://forum.mobilism.org/viewtopic.php?f=438&t=294594

You install SPB Shell 3D v1.5.3 but don't open it, then start "LuckyPatcher", go there to the green "SPB Shell..." and long press on it -> it opens a window -> select "lucky google market patch!" and done; by the way: you need Root.

There you go! that did it, thanks, I'll give this a try, liked it on my WM phone. But I have gotten a pop up message saying "can't find a record of your purchase in the market" then a purchase or quit option... Any ideas what that is?

At least I thought it was working. Worked fine, did all my customizations, then the phone rebooted and its gone!!

Just remember which method you used for "rooting" , there is always an option of "unrooting" but as directed in the method of rooting !!

I think "rooting" ceases automatically once you upgrade your firmware !! 8)

Same here... and I had the same issue on 1.5.2... I did a comparison test vs Go Launcher and SPB just plunders my battery at 3x the speed of other launchers... my phone was literally running extra hot in my pocket, and it went away completely when I reverted back to GO... I really like SPB but there is something wrong for sure... also, for those having trouble patching, I tried Lucky 9.0 and it didn't work at all, then I reverted to a much older version, and it worked perfectly fine, so try that...

But again, pay attention to battery drain... I think the people that haven't commented on this yet just haven't noticed...

This is too bad, because I really like this app. I'm using Launcher Pro now but it keeps crashing on my phone. Was hoping this would be better. Sad!
